It is hard to get support from the talent team, I guess that's the idea to work with the app. Overall, the application has better updates. It works efficiently and provides easy access. I can be in direct communication with my lead and vice versa. I'm happy with the app it helps me to build a good report with my company schedule and goals.

Considering our job is retail and located in large concrete and steel structures, parking garages and department stores Wi-Fi will not read your location easily. If a person signs on to a "local Wi-Fi hotspot" then Allwork System will not release you until you drive a few miles from that "locked on location" making your clocking in and clocking out not showing on your exact location. In short, the wi-fi system will not read your exact location if you're in a large concrete and steel structure.

This app/ company made me look for a new job. This is the slowest, most unreliable app I have ever experienced. Freezes constantly, crashes when starting or ending shifts. Totally screwed up allocation of freelance budget. Good luck trying to get ANY kind of help from Allwork. I couldn't log in, took them 5 days to get back to my rather urgent message. Amateurish and unprofessional.

The app is pretty user friendly. The one thing which needs adjustment is being able to see when you have clocked in and out. The actual clock in time isn't visible on the page. Neither is the clock out time.

This app needs work. It is very slow and it does not add up the time right. It is easier to submit timesheet but it definitely needs improvement on the time keeping aspect. Also, it should tell you when you clock in so that you know when to clock out besides when you actually are clocking out.

Terrible app. Freezes constantly. Will not log clocking in for several minutes. Have tried using the app in several locations to access wifi latency. The app is the issue, Not wifi!!!

Many problems with wifi. Calling the talent support is absolutely useless. The agents are friendly but not much help...it is a completely backwards system
