Update: WHAT AN ATROCITY OF A DELIVERY APP. Customer service is HORRIBLE. All is good until you find yourself in a situation having to talk to Customer service. They ignore you, reply late with NOTHING of substance, asking again if I still haven't received my order despite it being marked Delivered and I'm still texting them!!! Then they refuse to give me back my money. They stole my time AND money abd said wair 24 hours to get a response, literally. App freezes all the time. Subscription is BS!

I it had an option of - stars i would have given that, this hope is a scam place and i didnt receive my order due to change in location and they guy called that i had to per km of extra delivery fees i agreed to it and even then they cancelled my order and refused to return my money. They are so shameful plz some one report them.

The 4.4 rating you see is because of fake reviews. Just take a look around. Beware as a lot of people (including myself) have ordered and paid only to have the driver reach your location to mark the order as 'delivered' and then drive away, after that good luck with their customer support and getting a refund.

Cannot set home location and when allowing location permission, I cannot save it either. Also I couldn't pass this step to discover the app. I reach a dead end and deleted it.

Stick to other known delivery services. These guys are deceitful. When my order was late more than an hour. They said I will be compensated to my satisfaction. Later when I asked them about the compensation they said there is no delay and the system does it automatically. Lucky for me I have video surveillance and it shows the delivery man came to my door 1 hour and 13 mins after the payment from my card. They copy pasted the same response there is no delay. Un-installed and blocked scammers

The first few times I used the app I was surprised with its speed, accuracy, and amazing user experience. Lately, for the last 2 months, all my orders are taking 35+mins. When I started asking the drivers I found out that they are sharing orders and delivering them all at once. That's so disappointing moving from 15-20mins to 40-60 mins although I'ma premium user!!!

Decent app, watch for exact size orders. I had to cancel an order because it was shipped to previous address because it took too long to update new address. So I received free items to pay for cancelation order, but to get that I had to pay money to receive money owed!! Bummer! I have had several orders with no issues at all. Just Absolutely Pay Attention to what you order before you hit the Checkout! If you do,, usually all is good with Temu
