Worst service ever. Bookaru and faisal mover is way more better than this. Its been a while now 1st they cancelled the bus then they are not responding for refund. Refund was accepted but payment was not received and they are not responding on email or call. They receive the call and then suddenly drop it without any talk. Worst experience ever.

I'm using daewko for more than 12 years now. And I have very worst experience with this daewoo application, today is the second time I've booked and purchased the ticket and the amount has been deducted from my Jazzcash and the ticket is unable to purchase. I was in an urgency but it app played me a second time and not going to purchase from application.

Useless app cannot delete previously added family members And after selecting a family member it is still showing my details on the generated ticket. It should be simple add details of any passenger we want what's the purpose of online booking if we can't book tickets for our family members i had to cancel and now it will deduct 30% for nothing Useless user interface not recommended at all You should improve the process for booking a ticket for someone else or a family member very frustrating

I've noticed a discrepancy between the booking number displayed on the ticket and the one shown in the records when I click on the bell icon. Additionally, I'd like to suggest providing clear guidance to users on the proper process for obtaining a refund. Currently, if a user enters an incorrect booking number, there is no error message; the dialog simply dismisses. Please consider implementing an error message to inform users of the mistake and help them correct it.

Useless broken app you can't buy tickets most of the time as payment method do not work and sometimes when you do buy the ticket online your cash is deducted from your account but ticket isn't generated. The helpline and complain centre is pathetic they don't listen to you and they don't help you in no way always saying it's your problem deal with it.

The app itself is moderate and needs some upgradation. For example, when you download your tickets, it does not download them due to some bug or something. Secondly, the cancelation process. First you have to cancel your ticket then wait for a refund. It should be a steady process. However, about the service of daewoo, extremely pathatic busses arrive late, around an hour late as per schedule. Condition of vehicle is not up to mark either.

I recently bought a tickets from Daewoo Express but had to cancel it. Unfortunately, I found out that they charge a hefty 30% cancellation fee, which I think is excessive. To make matters worse, I haven't received my refund yet, and my attempts to reach out to their customer service have been frustrating. The customer support team was unhelpful and dismissive. The chat service was also a waste of time. I'm really disappointed with this experience and hope they improve their service.

Avoid if you have not arrived in Pakistan. What a disaster! Selected the departure time at 12, but when I paid, the app changed it to 6, two times. I had to request refunds twice. Daewoo kept 30% of the amount for their own mistake. 3rd time, they deducted money from Jazz Cash but did not issue the ticket. I was in the plane, couldn't just call in to book. It seems Daewoo wants me to use QConnect.
