I bought scanner and get one free download. Which I downloaded this one. For my bmw. And everything I use this app it loses connection. It only has worked for me once. When I use the app. My connection with transmitter goes on and off?!? Don't understand. But when I use the autel app I have no problems. The reason I need to use the bmw app is to register battery to my car. But since everything I use app. I lose connection. Then turns back on for a few seconds. Then right back off!? Frustrating

i have had my autel for probably 6-7-8 years. i have sucessfully used it on 3 different BMW models all from the one download that came free. never, not one time have i had a problem connecting to or using the autel app or bmw-diag (supplement-must have) app. this little dude is a friend to me having saved me TONS of money!!! 5 stars!!!

Unable to download, try'd on multiple devices and internet connections, but stops downloading half way through every time. So all in all a big waste of money for the adapter as unable to download this critical add on through Google play. ( still unable to download 4 months on)

It can read my BMW G12 modules, but doesn't have an ability to clean the errors. I think we need an updated data. It worked fine with my F10.

This does not even work.... it shows loading and done.. I have Toyota, Lexus, Nissan ,Infiniti and Mini subscribed. But this software never loads. I even paid for it. I wanted to diagnose my customers car and he is still waiting.

Horrible horrible horrible. Keeps asking to pay after you've purchased the vehicle specific. Customer service is a slap in the face cut me off or hung up on me multiple times. Enraged that mediocre products make it to the market.

Paid $21 for it and it dont work. Complete bullsh*t if u ask me and Autel REFUSES to give me my money back. They said "buy a better phone and you wont have this issue." I thought a LG stylo 5(64 bit phone) was a good phone. Huh...guess not
