Used to be great, was my go-to app for taxi booking by card option with a firm I've used for 27 years. Not so much anymore, it has become impossible to attach a debit card to the wallet, constantly told that your card provider won't allow connection but I know of at least 6 other people using 4 different banks who have experienced the same. I don't use cash for anything so I'll have to find a firm that actually accepts my card or start walking (I'm disabled, can't drive because of Epilepsy).

Booked a taxi at 6.20pm and was told it was 10 mins away. Received a message at 6.35pm that it was running late. Called at 6.50pm for ETA and was told it would be another 15 mins. Had to cancel as table booked for 7pm. Guy on the phone couldn't care less. Didn't even apologise.
