Excellent driver, very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Pre booked taxi in advance on the app and was kept up to date and able to see taxi arrival time.

Great when it works. Unlike the competition it even works with my credit card - only thing I'd say would be the ability to tip drivers when you pay by card would be good. Had previous problems with bookings not being amendable and not showing up immediately, so therefore not being able to cancel one I'd made but haven't seen this again recently (though haven't tried)

I booked a cab for a next day. It never arrived because as I noticed later in my bookings history - it got cancelled, except I didn't do that. It was impossible to contact them because they were too busy and it took me some time before I was able to arrange another means of transport. As a result I was half an hour late to my first ever interview. Right after the interview I had a misfortune of having to use their services again. I got a driver who took a busier route through a city centre, abusing the fact that I didn't know the area very well. Thanks

booked a taxi over an hour in advance on the app, which came up as confirmed. Consequently I didn't attempt to book any other modes of transport. This was a big mistake. Valuecabs does not value its customers. No taxi was dispatched, and we were over half an hour late for our engagement celebration dinner. I guess old fashioned and poor quality services like Valuecabs are better off left in the past. The app couldn't even confirm when the taxi would be dispatched.

Easy booking process, arrived in time. The driver was extremely helpful and courteous.

Have booked twice through the app. Both times, my booking was over 90 mins in advance of my booked time, and my booking was accepted by the app. Both times my taxi was late, today by over half an hour. Why accept my booking, made in advance, if you can't service it? Phoning direct, staff said the app doesn't take cognisance of how busy they are. So it's not linked up with their call in bookings and the availability of drivers. In other words, it's pointless to book through this!

Booked taxi 6 hours in advance, charged twice for an 'estimation price' only for it to not show up. They sent me texts about how busy they were and my ride was prioritised. Checked the app and I eventually had tracking and the driver was 4 minutes away! They disappear seconds later and I'm back to the booking confirmation page. Cancelled the booking, never using again. Is it crazy to suggest that maybe preordered taxis be prioritised?
