App had been improved to the point it was the most easy and convenient way to order, though still lacking the ability to combine digital cards. Unfortunately they recently decimated the digital menu. You know what's nice about an app? No need to save space on a menu board. So why shrink the app menu eliminating basic coffee drinks such as mocha and cafe ole? Convenience is lost if I can't use the app to order what I want and have to go back to longer waits at the window. Fix custom tip please.

Doesn't work. Keeps telling me that I can't order because I'm not connected to the internet, when I am. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, checking app permissions, restarting my phone several times. It's been a couple weeks and customer service hasn't been able to resolve my issue. Not willing to order in person since it usually takes too long for it to be worth it.

When they switched from using phone numbers to using the app I dutifully downloaded it. Since then, however, it has not been a good experience. My preferred store isn't even listed to be able to order, half the time the app won't scan, and even when the number is typed in I don't get credit for my points. I'm giving up and uninstalling.

It functions, but it's horribly designed. It feels like whoever made it doesn't use it to understand how annoying it is. Doesn't save card info for reloading the app, which is frustrating when most of the time I don't think of reloading until I'm in the drive thru, especially since my balance doesn't update automatically. The latest update made this significantly worse since now it also wants my address information. Way to much to do to reload before paying.

App no longer works. Every time I try to open it, it runs for a second and then closes. Very disappointing since I have a free $5 on it & I have $20 worth of points the I lost since I couldnt add them. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but its still the same. Just glad I didnt load any money onto it or I would be screwed out of that too.

Recently started using the new app, user experience is mostly okay but when I try to add a new payment to order ahead there's no button to submit the card info, just a "back option" to return to the previous screen and a checkbox to save on file which doesn't submit the payment. Please add a button to save or submit the card payment/info, idk why there isn't one already.

I've used this app for a few years now and it worked fine. They did something to it a month ago and it crashes immediately upon launching it. I can't redeem offers, I can't accrue points, I can't even look at the menu or find another location. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, nope didn't fix it.

I placed my first order through your app, which was for delivery. The order was made wrong, so I can't eat it. I called the location as directed, but was told they could do nothing and I had to submit it through the app, which of course has no option for incorrect orders and directs you to contact the location. I was advised to contact corporate who, of course, won't answer the phone on a Saturday. So I paid for food I cannot eat and don't even know if I'll be able to get a refund. Huge app flaw
