Love Biggby coffee, the app however is lacking. You can't store payment methods on it, you can't redeem coupons on it, you have to put your location in and select a store every time, and it would be nice if you could filter the specialty drinks by flavor

Impossible to set up and account, although I can order from it. Have to put in a birthday, including year, but can't scroll, must click back from today, one month at a time. After all that, it still doesn't set up an account. Tells you all boxes must be filled in. They were! I tried three times.🤬

The app does a great job for describing the menu. The problem is when I go to order online, I cannot pick a store so the app won't let me order anything. It worked briefly at some point but usually it simply doesn't work. I'm running a Pixel 8 pro (android).

I love their beverages and thought the app was a good addition. I have all my cards on my phone, and I can order directly from the app and pick up at the shop. It's great in theory, but the app RARELY works. I had to screenshot my card because it usually crashes when I need the card at the store. Right now, I have money I loaded on the card, but I can't use it because the app won't open.

Love their coffee, but the app is honestly really finicky. I have both an android and an iPhone. Both at the moment will not allow me to choose a location to order. I searched my store, hit it, and nothing happened. Same with my free drinks. I have four free drinks that I can't use. Luckily, the baristas allowed me to order over the phone sometimes. If the app was better, the entire experience would be perfect.

I've been using the web app, downloaded this hoping that it would have the feature(s) that I need, but it doesn't. Biggby/app developer, PLEASE figure out how to consolidate virtual gift cards (combine card balances) and delete the empty ones. It would also be cool to see in-app the daily deals that are available at Biggby - what days/times certain promos are happening. Thanks!

Constantly logged me out and at some point just stopped working. Edit: it's been updated. Sometimes I stay logged in, sometimes I get logged out but can easily log back in, and usually I can't log in and it's just a cycle of pressing "sign in" and going back to the home page. When it does let me log in, my points fluctuate so idk if I'm even earning points anymore. I had 9 last week, 5 today, and 5 again when they scanned it. Like I didnt get a new one. Literally the worst app.

This app needs some MAJOR tweeking!! The menus are ALWAYS outdated, there's NO menu for food items whatsoever. It would be nice to see a price per drink. The points are NEVER correct on the app! And now, the app is constantly closing!! Ughhhhh, what's the point of the app anyway?? 🙄 Thank goodness the drinks and service are better than this app!!
