Bugs! I'm at the location and scanning the QR code leads to an EMPTY PAGE. No way to make the order. There's also no way to make the app remember which store you're ordering from. Every single time it asks for the ZIP code. Seriously? And no, I'm not gonna share precise location. Apparently approximate location isn't good enough. Keeps nagging. Bad UX - switching credit cards is not obvious and it's not possible to add another card without the app erasing your entire cart.

*EDIT* Was told by a Bluestone lane staff member that the app isn't compatible with Android. Do better, not everyone has an iPhone! The menu doesn't load at all. Tried to uninstall/reinstall, tried picking different locations with the same result. Frustrating as the app was working fine a few months ago.

Not the best for Android. Points never show up when I go to check out and order food online. Only works if I'm in-person.

This app should be removed from the Play Store. It does not work. Menu page is blank, if you try to reorder a previous item it says not available. I have contacted Bluestone and they "are working on it". Until it is working it should not be here!!! Allowing apps that are not working properly to be downloaded is a disservice to customers.

I bought $200 as part of their advertised discount as I go to Bluestone often enough. They do not tell you, however, that to use this purchased credit, you have to use a completely different, but almost exactly the same, app called inKind. In a world where apps are falling over each other to present you with the best experience, this app is strictly average.

UPDATE: This issue has been going on for months; app will not use my CCs and no one at customer support has fixed it I wish I never upgraded this app. They offered a free coffee credit if you upgraded but the app is unusable. It won't link any of my credit cards so I can't place an order. I had a $5 reward before upgrading that disappeared. I messaged support multiple times about crediting it back to my account and no one has responded. I am a gold member too and this is how I am being treated.

The app doesn't work properly. It keeps loading and loading. End up ordering at the place. Update: the app automatically changed the location address to something completely random. I do not even know other locations. So I ordered my food to the wrong place. This app is a waste of time!
