AAN DE SLAG:
Zodra je je uitrusting hebt, ben je klaar om te trainen. Controleer voordat u begint het oefengebied en alle vuurwapens op veiligheid. Zorg ervoor dat eventuele vuurwapens zijn uitgeladen en verwijder scherpe munitie uit het oefengebied.
• Plaats de slimme doelen op de gewenste locatie. Vermijd gebieden waar schittering van lampen en ramen de detectie van schoten op de doelen kan beïnvloeden.
• Plaats uw smartphone op het statief en richt de camera aan de achterzijde op de doelen die u heeft geplaatst.
• Als u een lasercartridge gebruikt, laadt u de lasercartridge in de kamer van uw vuurwapen.
• Start de Mantis Laser Academy-app op uw telefoon, selecteer een oefening en ga verder met trainen.

De Mantis Laser Academy-app heeft een verscheidenheid aan oefeningen gericht op verschillende aspecten van fotograferen. Sommige oefeningen vereisen specifieke slimme doelen. Andere oefeningen werken met elk slim doelwit. Verschillende oefeningen ondersteunen meerdere doelen en maken lokale concurrentie tussen schutters mogelijk.

This app is garbage. It is insanely frustrating to get the targets to work properly with the application. If you have a Blackbeard or BlackbeardX like I do you can pull the trigger too fast causing it to have an inaccurate shot count. It runs the phone hot probably because of the god awful and poorly optimized code coupled with the fact that you run your camera is on the whole time you are placing shots too. I have more complaints but have no more space. Do not buy any drills! It will disappoint

super cool. I wish they would give more free courses. I bought the lasers for multiple guns I bought the black beard for the ar. like show some love to your customers. I just want a little more to do without out constantly spending more money. like even give us some free weekends to try this stuff out and show us what we're missing. do like xm radio does and give a free holiday weekend to temp us to buy it. sometimes you don't know what you're missing until you try it. Just saying

Had this product for a week & am disappointed. Here's why: 1) The longer tripod will not stay in position. I tried to tape it in the position wanted-it still slides downward. 2) The mount that holds my phone is almost impossible to get in the correct position & hold still. 3) The mini red tripod fell apart without me using it! One of the legs came off. I thought it would simply screw back in, nope. 4) Using the app the first few times was decent, not anymore. Not enough room to write finish...

Great at first. Hit or miss, now. Worked flawlessly the first week I had it. Now, when the buzzer sounds to shoot, the camera automatically adjusts, causing the "moving" error message. This keeps your shots from being tracked until the camera re-adjusts. Meanwhile, the timer is still running, which defeats the purposes of the drills. Playing with the shades, lighting, or background, can sometimes help, but the app can be temperamental.

Glitchy app, needs more software QA. Good training and pretty fun despite the glitches. Sometimes tapping on a drill will play the sound, but won't launch the drill. You'll have to force quit the app. Sometimes the score screen will stay on the screen and hitting a Control target won't start the next round. Again, you'll have to force quit the app. I'm using a pixel 6.

Don't waste your money on this. It's been weeks now and they STILL haven't fixed their coding at there end for the app to work after they did an upgrade. Same thing happened when they did the upgrade before that. They were able to send me a file to run last time they did their upgrade that I could work with but now nothing so far. From what I understand this is an Android phone issue. If that's what you own l would think twice about this app

Timing drills seem add about .3 seconds when compared with a par timer or with shot timer that uses sound. Similar experience with both the Pixel 6 and Pixel 7. Wondering if others have a similar issue or if there is some way to calibrate this? But for capturing shot placement during dry practice, this is an excellent app. Haven't purchased the paid app though because of the timing issue.

Not good so far... Shots randomly firing. With app open and ready to shoot, shots just randomly happen. Shot count goes up, but no score. Tried different lighting, distance, phone, with/without red dot, no laser in room,... Not sure what is going on! Will have to wait until after holiday to contact support. While writing this review 36 shots registered on app and the gun is laying on the table covered and not pointing at targets.
