De mobiele Agent-IC-app van Clear-Com is ontworpen voor gebruik met de intercomsystemen van Clear-Com, zoals de Eclipse HX Matrix Intercom, Encore Analog Partyline Intercom en HelixNet Digital Network Partyline System. Het virtuele intercombedieningspaneel werkt op een breed scala aan Android-smartapparaten en maakt overal ter wereld verbinding via 3G-, 4G- en Wi-Fi/IP-netwerken.

Agent-IC levert dezelfde gebruikerservaring als traditionele intercomsleutelpanelen. Zelfs op het mobiele apparaat is de app volledig uitgerust met Point-to-Point bellen, Point-to-Multipoint groepsgesprekken, Partyline, IFB-communicatie met logische triggering, PTT (Push-to-talk), lokaal cross-point audioniveau controle en meldingen. Alle communicatie is gecodeerd naar AES.

Agent-IC voor Android bevat ook een bijbehorende app voor Wear OS-gebaseerde smartwatches waarmee u op afstand toegang kunt krijgen tot basisintercomfuncties, zoals oproepen plaatsen of beantwoorden en oproepmeldingen ontvangen.

AGENT-IC GEHOSTERD DOOR ECLIPSE HX

Agent-IC heeft de Eclipse HX-matrixintercom nodig met virtuele paneellicenties ingeschakeld voor gebruik. Voor toegang tot de app is de juiste autorisatie en pre-configuratie van het systeem vereist van de systeembeheerder van de organisatie die EHX gebruikt. Zodra de authenticatie is voltooid, kunnen geautoriseerde gebruikers verbinding maken met hun host Eclipse HX op een Android-telefoon of -tablet, zolang ze verbonden zijn via een 3G-, 4G- en Wi-Fi/IP-netwerk.

Agent-IC-installatie is eenvoudig. Download en installeer de app op het mobiele apparaat. Voer de toegangscode in die in EHX is verstrekt en de authenticatie begint. Er wordt een unieke en veilige verbinding tot stand gebracht tussen het apparaat en het host-Eclipse HX-intercomsysteem. Na verificatie is de gebruiker klaar om te communiceren met alle traditionele IP- en Agent-IC-gebruikers op het host-Eclipse HX-netwerk.

AGENT-IC GEHOSEERD DOOR LQ IP-INTERFACES
Als alternatief kan Agent-IC rechtstreeks verbinding maken met LQ IP-interfaceapparaten om verbinding te maken met een van de partyline-systemen van Clear-Com. Door dit te doen kunnen Partyline-gebruikers rechtstreeks spreken met een externe bijdrager op Agent-IC.

Toegang tot de app vereist de juiste autorisatie en pre-configuratie van het systeem via de LQ Core Configuration Manager (CCM). Zodra de authenticatie is voltooid, kunnen geautoriseerde gebruikers verbinding maken met hun host Partyline-systeem op een Android-telefoon of -tablet, zolang ze verbonden zijn via een 3G-, 4G- en Wi-Fi/IP-netwerk.

I've been using the app for over 3 years now with very few problems until now. I use a Bluetooth headset with the app. I hear all channels fine but when I key to talk the recipients get nothing but static and clicking. Please fix this issue immediately or make the previous version which worked well available. I will change my rating then. *version 2.8 was the problem. Install 2.6 to fix the problem.

Audio comes through ear speaker as if it's a phone call, not speakerphone speaker Can't change output device. All other apps play through speaker. Issue persists across multiple devices running android 10 and later, including S21 ultra, S21 plus, mate 20 pro, and S9. Tried forcing audio routing in Android settings, nothing works. This is ONLY app I experience with this issue.

Doesn't work on Samsung Watch 5. Also only plays out of the phone earpiece, not speaker phone rendering it nearly unusable unless used with ear buds (Galaxy note 20 ultra 5g) Update: After following all possible instructions and speaking with customer service, it doesn't look like this is going to work with a watch anytime soon.

Excellent app that sounds far clearer and offers better PTT options than direct PSTN dial into our LQ's. The only thing that would make it better is the option to create and edit more profiles on the app. We have four LQ Agent-IC licenses but can only program 2 into the app at any given time.

Great App - we use it with 2x LQ-2W2 devices, 15 panels and 15 beltpacks. We added the full SIP and Agent-IC access. Only issue is I can't figure out how to make it work with a smart watch. Maybe our test watch is too old. Or maybe I have to hire a teenager :(

This used to work well with Android phones, but recently any of my users on Android no longer have the Done button on the settings screen so I can't save the user/pass or server info.
