So, I was having issues with using the tablet, of the ap not rotating camera, got so annoyed I ended up downloading it on a phone. Now, everytime I scan anything, it says the barcode doesn't match the vehicle. Even if I scan the Vin plate mounted in the door, it still says the Vin isn't right. I just had to manually add the vins to an entire load of vehicles, making the process take much longer than needed. We use this ap everyday, and right now, it's costing us time. Fix these issues.

When it works it's great.. but that's not very often.. app will kick you out ask for login, password, 4 digit pin you scan vin start your process then kicks you out again having to start all over.. multiple times very frustrating.. also asks you to make a new password all the time that's none sence.. there is no need to make a new password or to have to log in multiple times.. when it's cold it's slow or doesn't work at all.. the codes don't match our carriers codes.. very frustrating

Again now the problem with the new app is it doesn't recognize your sign in and it makes you make a new one everything. The app has alot of bug that can be fixed simply. Would be nice to be able to open it sign in and go. Not have to make a new account everytime.

New version big fail Doesn't scan barcode and if it does scan it populates with incorrect information. Update: Newer version still won't scan the smaller barcodes on the window stickers or the cards in the vehicle. Works great on the large transport stickers tho.

Requires 2 pics of damage and 1 of VIN, then says repeatedly the pics were not taken (but they were) and the app won't proceed without the pics. We use this app as required professionally. FIX IT!!!!!!! 🤬 UPDATE: Change the verbage to say you have to log each vehicle panel, bumper, headlight, etc. SEPERATELY even if they are all part of the same damage... we had three panels involved, so the app said we needed to upload 3 pics (meaning three seperate logs of each of 3 panels) NOT VIN,pic1,pic2

App is complete garbage! Said they fixed all the issues with the app and to update to the newest version. I have the newest version and the app still crashes/ force closes when it gets to the 4 digit pin....

The app barely works. I have lost track of the amount of times that the app suddenly does not take pictures and will not allow for new damage to be added until the app decides to cooperate for another 5 min

Constantly have to log in with my email and password and then re-establish my pin. This is a daily occurrence. Totally unnecessary. Once you establish your pin, you should never have to re- authenticate with your username and password.
