Crazy Jump GX is een eindeloze speelstijl van het Helix Jump-spel waarbij je probeert een bal langs een reeks platforms te krijgen terwijl je rode platforms ontwijkt die je beurt beëindigen. Het is eenvoudig, maar behoorlijk verslavend.Het spel wordt moeilijker naarmate je verder komt. Tussen beurten zie je advertenties en je kunt een advertentie bekijken om door te gaan.
Crazy Jump GX spelen is eenvoudig. Je legt een vinger op het scherm en beweegt deze van links naar rechts om de helixstructuur te draaien. Je verplaatst niet de bal die op het scherm staat, alleen de platforms die rond een centrale paal draaien.
Verplaats de platforms zodat de bal door openingen valt. Het kan op de platforms stuiteren, maar je kunt niet op rood stuiteren.
Scoor meer punten door meerdere openingen tegelijk te doorlopen. Als je er drie of meer doorloopt, kun je op een rode platformplek terechtkomen, omdat hierdoor het platform kapot gaat.
Als je sterft, kun je een advertentie bekijken om door te gaan. De advertentie duurt minimaal 10 seconden en u kunt deze niet overslaan. Je kunt slechts één keer per beurt tot leven komen.
