Can figure out how to accept load for cargo van. Also weight doesn’t match van weight. Can’t reach support

I like how the app. lets you choose the load by the vehicle. But the weight of frieght does not match the vehicle. For example: The vehicles I choose to look for a load are sprinter vans, box trucks, and pick-up trucks. The loads they give are 10,000 lbs or heavier. Which is not an accurate load for the vehicles chosen. Please fix this.

App works perfectly! Simple, straight forward and fast. All major info is on the screen so browsing one load to the next doesn't require pulling completely off the road to interact with it. Pick up and drop off locations, dates and rate all on one screen. Just straight to the point.

I just downloaded 5 mins ago. And just did researched on it. It's not bad for looking at different load options near you for free of cost at least you can have some options to have a look at. But only 1 issue is that we don't see the price for load

Just downloaded the app to try it out since it show 7 days free trial and after that $20 a month and as soon I input my card info they widrawn $190 out my account not even 2 mins on app. Send them a email about that and I receive the response of no refund policy. Really haven't look at the the app well. Want my refund. 😡. 6/10 and still haven't received my refund after the widrawn was make without my authorization 7 days trial yea right the worse is that they don't answer endless emails

This place is a SCAM!!!!! First off it says free, it's NOT! to have full access, you have to pay. But even worse the loads posted are FAKE. tried calling on a couple of loads, their comment was they are trying to get their info off of the list, however they are having a hard time because you can't get a phone number for DORF. Try finding a number to call! I also believe all the positive reviews are made up as well.

Those posting good reviews can't be users of the app. This scam of a company started charging me for premium service over a year ago and I never asked for it nor when I noticed it never had premium active on app or online. Sent email got standard reply of help center. As I stated in my email i will hit every social media site with this complaint until I am refunded the money stolen from me.

This app is definitely a scam. Example if you want to take a load and pays $1020 dispatch will take $710 (70%) of the load cost. 550+ miles and your fuel cost $140. U pretty much broke even. You just payed them for there load and you might break even, None of this is shown and it's first come first serve basis, so there could be 4drivers waiting on same load. Way to much hidden info. How does a app like this even be allowed. Ppl giving this app 5stars obviously are the dispatchers or payed to
