EasyCode 2.0 is een mobiele app voor Self-Storage-faciliteiten om mobiele poorttoegang en beveiligingsbewakingsfuncties voor huurders te bieden. De nieuwe en verbeterde EasyCode neemt het gedoe weg van het onthouden van wachtwoorden door een eenvoudige aanraakinterface in staat te stellen om poorten en deuren in de opslagfaciliteit te openen. Bovendien kunnen gebruikers hun toegangsgeschiedenis bekijken, meldingen ontvangen wanneer hun unitalarm wordt geactiveerd en toegangsactiviteit bekijken op hun apparaat. Locatie - We gebruiken de apparaatlocatie om te controleren of de gebruiker zich daadwerkelijk in de opslagfaciliteit bevindt voordat deze poorten of deuren kan openen om te openen. Voor faciliteiten die zijn uitgerust met Bluetooth-bakens die worden gebruikt voor toegangscontrole, worden locatiegegevens ook gebruikt voor hun detectie.

Telefoon - De app heeft een snelkoppeling om het kantoor van de opslagfaciliteit te bellen, daarom wordt alleen om die toestemming gevraagd om de kiezer te gebruiken. We hebben geen toegang tot uw contacten of telefoongeschiedenis.

Microfoon - De app heeft de mogelijkheid om te luisteren naar spraakopdrachten om poorten of deuren te openen, dus er wordt toestemming gevraagd voor de microfoon. Alle audioverwerking voor de opdrachten gebeurt op de telefoon zelf en er wordt geen audio naar servers verzonden of opgenomen. Deze functie kan desgewenst in de instellingen worden uitgeschakeld en u moet zich afmelden bij EasyCode en vervolgens opnieuw inloggen om de wijziging door te voeren.

Opmerking: Opslaghuurders die de app gebruiken, moeten de manager van hun instelling om hulp vragen als ze een probleem hebben met de app. Omdat we op geen enkele manier een bepaalde huurdersstatus met een site kunnen bepalen en om andere veiligheidsredenen, kunnen we een huurder niet direct helpen.

Once a great app that would open the gate at my storage unit, hasn't worked at all in months. Can't enroll, can't sign in, always says 'invalid password or email' which is not right, because I know for a fact the info is correct. And to further prove this point, I click 'Forgot Password', then it sends me a link to change the password. Once I type in the new password, it just sits there, with the spinning icon, and does nothing. Nothing. This once awesome app, has turned into an absolute joke.

Despite opting either not to give permission (phone access) or to give access only during app use (other permissions), Android keeps notifying me that the app is using voice recognition, despite the app not having been opened. When I tap on the notification, it brings up the app as if it had been open all along. Also not clear how I am supposed to use the app with Android Auto since I am driving when I use it. IMMEDIATE UNINSTALL of this app for me!

When is 3.0 coming out!!!! The concept of this app is great. They just need to fix the bugs and make all the features work. Voice command to open gate, great idea, make it work. Notify tenants when alarm on their unit goes off, superduper! Get the GPS right so it always works when I'm at the gate but never when I'm home on the couch, revolutionary!!! Come on guys. Let's get this fixed!

Worked great!! Finally no more awkward pull-ups to the hard to reach keypad. Just a push of a button and in or out ya go. Loved it, until yesterday. It just stopped working. Thr app opens, all information pulls up everything seems fine except the missy important feature, thr main reason that anyone downloads thr app, it won't open my gate. The fussy 4 or 5 days, It was great, yesterday... today not so much. Is there something in Need to do to fix this issue? I don't want to delete, but...

*** THIS APP DOES NOT WORK*** Tried a 2nd email address to set up the app. Got the confirmation done but the app does not recognize my login. The app does not recognize the password I set up. When I try the reset password link the app says I have no internet connection. Tried to contact customer service and the email bounces. Went to the website and it says "forbidden". Waste of my time.

Enrollment on your app is broken. I work for a storage facility and have set up numerous accounts before. For weeks it has given me varying issues when trying to set up different accounts. It will not allow enrollment, it either states the gate access code is wrong, or that there is no internet connection, both of which are wrong. The one time I have managed to get the enrollment to go through recently, after confirming the account, it says wrong password and has for weeks. It is unusable.

Well, initially this would have been a 3 or 4 star rating, but recently I changed phones and when trying to use the app with the new phone it has not worked at all. Tried resetting password several times, no luck. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, no luck. So since I'm not able to use the app anymore, the rating has gone down to 1.

this app doesn't work! I can't even get it to finish the enrollment/account setup it will not send the verification text to my phone. I've now tried it with four different emails. I even contacted my cell provider to see if it was something wrong on their end everything is good there.it still won't send me the text!
