silly app with poor user experience. took me 15 minutes to setup and try to get charging setup. why? because they force you to create an account and on top of that, they don't have Google Pay, so the entire card adding process is another added pain. in this day and age, an app like this should not exist anymore.

Lousy app. Always cannot detect charging station location even when I'm standing in front of it while my google map shows exact location. Always have problem getting it to start charging. Nobody to come to site to check. Only whatsapp to turn this on n off. Then admit its App problem. Then show me stations st mall where I can go to. If its an App problem, even if I go to mall charging station, it also wont start right??

The card verification process was a disaster. The app charged me verification twice for the same card. And I still could not charge the car after that. What a dumb app. I demand a refund.

Excellent Customer Service (Tech support). Didn't expect a prompt reply at dinner time on a Friday. Why? Received an auto-response that service is until 5.30 p.m. and help will come based on best effort basis. Therefore, expected help on the following Monday morning. Lo and behold! Problem with registration resolved. Customer service was also very polite and patient with me. Thank you so much!

I have a problem during phone registration. Now I'm not able to log-in to account due to wrong wrong number. May I know how to correct my phone number in account? Found another way which thru WhatsApp to get contact with service person. Thanks for their quick support and problem fixed.

OMG this is one of the most pariah app. Keep crashing and does indicate at a glance whether is Jomcharge or ChargEV. Why do you want to show ChangEV station when the credit cannot be used. Not user friendly and showing those private charging station..... Why? Please explore how charging station app behave and operate in China. Learn from the successful party not the American style
