Great for appointments, easy to use. Although lately it's a bit slow and now I cannot move to a next step when I try to schedule an appointment as the button doesn't appear anymore, so I cannot finish the process of scheduling. This happens if I try to select more options from the Cosmetics section. It I select only one thing, it works. But I need more than one service.

You have the impression that you install the app so you can make appointments but no, you install it to send a notification to them that you want an appointment, after you will get a call and actually make the appointment. So i dont understand what this app is for. Also the app is not that easy to use. The worst thing is that now i am stuck after opening the app on a screen that asks me to agree receiving notifications from them. Also you need a UI/UX designer, too many screens until the end of

I have the app installed for a few years. Is very basic, has not significantly improved. It works very slow, it freezes, is not user friendly and do not offer user functionalities like seeing/ managing your apointments, costs, history, etc.

I am trying to connect and book sevices, but I already have an account created, being a Magic Salon client for over the years. After going to the section on "My Account" and putting my number in, after pressing the Continue button, I am redirected automatically to a Create account page, which I am not able to do because I already have an account. The chat support tried to help but no succes. Please fix this bug

I love this app, i always use it for appointments and is an easy way to select them. I'm going to this salon for a year anf a half and the prices are great, as well as the girls working there (really professional and sweet) , is always a pleasure to go there

Nothing works. No code sent via sms, yet you can't use the app without the code (that you never get). There is no way to ask for the code to be resent or any other workarounds. :( I gave up my request and found another saloon.

Demanding too much acces. Very slow and bugy application. Even you cant make an appointment with it (the main purpose is not even working :)))) ! Only just inform about the service and the day wanted and the second day someone calls you to set the hour. Totally worthless!
