OPENINGSTIJDEN
Onze artsen zijn dagelijks bereikbaar van 7-22 uur en op feestdagen van 10-22 uur. De wachttijd voor een inloopspreekuur bedraagt normaal gesproken tussen de 5 en 15 minuten. U kunt kiezen tussen een inloopspreekuur of het boeken van een specifiek tijdslot. Onze psychologendienst is van maandag tot en met vrijdag geopend van 8.00 tot 16.00 uur. Er zijn ook avondafspraken mogelijk.
VERZEKERING:
Heeft u een zorgverzekering, kinderverzekering, reisverzekering of arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering? Mogelijk bent u verzekerd, zodat u kosteloos een consult bij een arts of psycholoog kunt krijgen. In de app kunt u zien welke verzekeringen dekking bieden.
WAT BEHANDELEN WIJ?
Onze artsen en psychologen verwelkomen iedereen die hulp nodig heeft met een ziekte, verwonding of mentale uitdaging. Als er sprake is van ernstige en/of chronische aandoeningen waarbij lichamelijke behandeling of onderzoek nodig is, verwijzen wij u door naar de voor u juiste zorgaanbieder.
VEILIGHEID
Onze dienstverlening voldoet aan de strenge eisen van de Noorse zorginformatiebeveiligingsnorm. App-beveiliging is op het hoogste niveau door het gebruik van BankID.
Nadat u bent ingelogd met uw BankID, heeft u toegang tot al onze diensten en leest u meer over wat wij voor u kunnen betekenen. Als u kinderen heeft die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar, kunt u namens hen uw eigen Eyr-account gebruiken. Iedereen ouder dan 16 jaar moet over een eigen BankID en Eyr-account beschikken om onze diensten te kunnen gebruiken.

Great when it works. For my first appointment, there was a thanks for ordering message and the card was charged, but then no que information or other status. I waited 2h and then contacted support. Apparently a technical issue. Support was very fast to respond. I tried again, and this time I did get que info on the app homepage and the doctor called me within 1(!) minute. So, when it works it is excellent.

This app is terrible. I just spent over an hour trying to book video consultation and I am pressing the button "confirm order" and nothing happens! I restarted my phone, logged out and in to the app and it still doesn't work. There is not even a contact info to get some help! Complete garbage

The estimated waiting time is ALWAYS longer than estimated and often the doctor never calls at all. The app is poorly made and unstable. It's not even possible to add another parent as contact info. Nor can the other parent install the app on their phone and use the barneforsikring. It's either one parent or the other. Poorly made, lacking crucial features and unstable

App crashes every time I get a call back from the doctor. I've tried clearing the cache, storage, uninstalling, restarting, the works. I've mentioned this to the doctor several times over many occasions, some doctors are kind and call back, others refuse to do so despite being asked.

This app has issues all the time. Mostly with sound. There is no voice when the doctor is calling. I've deleted the app, cleared everything, TWICE. still doesn't work. Hopeless

A great service. But the app needs improvement. To start: allow normal sound and video settings like all other videochat apps. When the defaults mess up you need to be able to override it.

Minus three stars for forcing me to switch my app store country. I can't change it back for a year now. Make the app available to international app store users. This is something every other app can do, so why can't you?

The app keeps on crashing when trying to pick up. I've tried both appointment now or a scheduled one. Neither works.
