App 100% unusable when connected to VPN, for always on users, this means you will NEVER use app unless you "lower shields". Glitches frequently, requiring uninstall & reinstall about every other week. displays error messages and refuses to show or book classes "due to unexpected error". Next update should allow vpn users access. Created a 'Split-Tunnel' to work around the VPN issue. Not sure if app is usable without this action, but the UI/UX has been improved significantly.

I cannot book a class the schedule is just blank but all the other tabs seem to work! It's been like this for almost a week! I've tried booking through their website as well but you can't book through there either. I have to call the studio with a list of classes I want to take ! Extremely frustrating! This app always has problems but this app is the worst, it's been 5 days now!

Under "Book" not a single class shows up. Just a blank white page making it impossible to see my class options & reserve a coveted spot in class. However, I am able to see how many class passes I have under the "Profile" tab as well as see which classes I've taken in the past. That's good - but not worth the memory on my phone. For every other purpose the App is absolutely useless. (Yes I have Uninstalled & reinstalled & permissions are turned on).

Haven't been able to book a class for months. It never loads. Un-installed and reinstalled. Tried a different phone... nothing.

My biggest issue with this app is that its most important function is executed badly: choosing classes. If I'm choosing a class for next week and click on the details of a specific class, then wanting to see what else is there I click back - and I'm redirected to TODAY, not next week. I have to choose next week AGAIN in the calendar for EACH class I want to get more info on. Disappointing.

I like this studio a lot, the teachers are great, there is always a class to take at nearly any time of day, the environment is clean and easy to navigate. I would love to have more classes take savasana a little more seriously though. A few teachers do, but I find that being rushed out of class in under 5 minutes post is neglecting one of the most important parts of the practice. Perhaps add a firm, peaceful 5 min savasana to the yoga classes, so student's can yolk the practice and let go.

It does not show the available class schedule for the location. It sometimes works but most of the time its broken. I have to use ANOTHER app mindbody to see what classes are available. The class schedules are not even showing online. Mindbody whatever is a joke.

No way to add to calendar. Which makes me forget about the workouts. There's also no way to get notifications about a workout you've scheduled.
