The function, cropping, borders etc on this app are all fantastic. Unfortunately the ability to select files from local folders just disappeared for some reason, making this app nearly useless to me. I only have the option to select from "cloud app" and then no apps work. Otherwise you can only select from your most recent pictures.

Update Malfunction. I use this app to make my own icons so I had around 20 on each page. With the new Android update, 70% of my widgets deleted. There is no longer an option to choose from folders (most of the images were on my Google drive but it does not connect anymore). In frustration, I tried making the widget icons and when I go back to home, some of them disappear again (even though they are connected through photos instead of files.) Please fix this. Looking for a different app.

Fantastic app. It works perfect, there are enough options to make sure pictures always look great without being overwhelming or gimmicky. Best of all it's well prices with no ads, extra spending or subscriptions. Now can we get a lock screen widget?

Yes! I only just started using it, but I already love that it lets you completely control the size and shape. If you uncheck "crop to fill widget" the photo will keep its original dimensions so there's no guesswork about how a photo will look after it's cropped. I also love how you can choose the app to open on click, or turn that off completely. I only wish when selecting a photo that it somehow remembered which app I used to pick photos so I don’t have to click 5 times to try a new one.

I definitely enjoy this app. It's lightweight, stable, and the menu is easily accessible & has a nice set of options. Simply good! And apparently, the developer swiftly reacts to user feedback. Hence... I would like to suggest one more feature: tapping on the photo, which activates the camera (app) and directly replaces the previous photo with the new one taken (e.g., saved in a /pictures/photowidget subfolder) without having to go through menu instances.

Works beautifully! It doesn't ask any weird permission to work, UI is pretty straightforward yet elegant, widgets are fully customisable and do not disappear after a reboot... An easy 5★ from me 👍 @ the dev: one (absolutely not important) thing - the "Add a widget" button from the main UI doesn't work at all. Not a big deal as I usually add widgets from the home screen but still I thought I'd let you know...

This app serves a very simple purpose and fulfills it's goals well l. Easy to use with straightforward options and very stable. A nice enhancement to my phone. Thanks!

I love this app so much. It's simple to use and it makes my home screen softer and more aesthetic. The option to adjust the roundess of the corners and the different sizes it provides makes the widgets fit better. It's definitely a photo widget that just works right for androids [Edit]: It's just a thought for any future updates, but it would be cool to be able to display gifs as widgets. I still love the app regardless :))
