Great until the last couple of weeks, where it takes around a minute to open the app, which is incredibly frustrating, especially if you're in a hurry. Have searched for any software updates that I may be behind on and can't see if there are any. Any advice / response from Gartan appreciated? Thanks, P

Has worked fantastic for me for the last 3 years, until the update on the 24th. When I try to open the app it flashes up on the screen half a dozen times, then gives up. If I clear app data it works for a little while, but then reverts back. Also one improvement that could be made to the app is showing your total available hours. * Edit * Now working fine since update on 26/02/2022. Must have been a bug/glitch in previous version.

No click and drag option available like on the desktop version to make availability over large periods easier. Always goes into landscape on mobile rather than vertical, no option to look at availability over 24 hour period all condensed into 6 hour slots. availability is blanc and unavailable is N/A which would be easier if reversed and color blocks used.

Very prompt reply to an issue below. Thank you!! ***Suddenly won't load - help! Help please. Loved this app. Been working great for over a year for me. Suddenly won't load. Says an error has occurred. I've uninstalled and downloaded again but it flashes up the log in page then goes blank. Really need it back. Usually great app.

I've had the app for a year or so and it's been great and essential for my job. But it's suddenly stopped working. As you click to open it, it briefly shows the page, then shuts to a black page. I've uninstalled it then reinstalled it but it still has the issue

Recently, app has become slow to launch and lags. This is on both Android & Apple devices.

Latest update has issues. When you try and select a time to book on or off the app crashes. It's always worked on andriod OK in the past but now is almost useless 😕 .

latest update messed up availability hrs selection with the clock no longer able to book off in increments of 15 min only full hrs. selecting the correct time 06:30 system registers 06:00? issue corrected with in a few day's great service and response thanks for your help
