Certificate error... Clearly cache, clear data, uninstall, reinstall, doesn't matter, it just won't open. Good thing I have access to a computer.

Very difficult to use. Hard to find the same job you looked at before. I found a job at x company, for x job, in x city. When I tried to find it again after my internet connection restarted, it was impossible. I've never seen a mobile app so difficult and clunky to use. Also, I notice some job ads appear to be scams. There should be a way to report or flag them.

Confirmed: working and kinda neat so far, still new to it, but so far so good. Sign-in on a web browser first to make sure you have the correct login and password so you don't blame the app. I had some User-error myself. Happy hunting =). UPDATE: Feedback section doesn't work = "It would be nice to have the option to upload a resume rather than input, that's what turned me away from the site in 2015." Times out before loading any search results, doesn't save searches, can't find a job with this app so far, looked promising, maybe a few more years in production? Uninstall - 2hrs on it

Haven't used this app in 5 years. And I can't even do anything on it. Literally. Go to "create resume" and it pulls up an old one. I try to "edit". Doesn't work. Try to "delete" the button doesn't work. I can't create, edit or delete my resume which is needed to apply for jobs on caljobs, which is required for UI. This is still a garbage app...

The app states that I can certify benefits, see important notifications and most importantly get a snapshot of your file claim summary including the last payment made, weekly benefit amount and claim balance. I can assure you it does none of these essential things it promises! The home page gives no direction as to where to go to find this information. The only tabs available are to find jobs (which albeit is a good thing) but that page doesn't even LOAD. no direction at all with this app.

The app doesn't let me register. I get as far as putting in a screen name and then it just glitches and goes to some other screen that says "your information" but doesn't allow me to enter anything. All you can do is push submit and then it takes you so some error screen saying I need to contact them. I have no clue why it does that. I tried multiple times to add my screen name and then not click anything but as soon as I try to go to the password space it freaks out again. This app is useless

Just installed app and I wanted to make sure it was the correct app. I clicked the skip button and it timed out, twice. So it's not the app to apply for unemployment benefits but this is the one the ui flyer says to use. Deleting this and going to the website. Totally waste of time. This app is exactly like California.

I'm sure everyone already knows how absolutely awful servce to mention the staff or agents working for them! It's all about how to Despair and discourage a person from wanting to file for the benefits they work all year for when needed. Awful absolutely how this is supposed to be a benefit for the people and it's the total opposite I've been trying to found for partial unemployment benefits for about 3 months now. I haven't gotten any professional assistance you go from hold to hold no help
