App is trying to access lot of personal information. it needs write access to storage, medial files, location, bluetooth, camera, contact list, phone , audio. Fun part is that, unlike other apps, you can't customize access and need to accept all. else the app will not be installed. I see other reviewers complaining same, where Jio responds back with their email Id. But I see even after a year, their access requirement is unchanged. That means they are not ready to make any amendment

Pathetic App. Very slow. Keeps hanging. Very few features which we can use. I don't know what is the real purpose of this app. There is a consultation option but there are so few options, that too not work all the time. there is a Test booking option, but don't know whom to contact for clarity. I guess they started working on the app but left it in between. What a waste of time. It should be deleted from play store.

Too much of permissions required by the app to function. If we deny then the app auto closes. Will try the app if the developers can start with minimal permissions or none. Unless a feature is used, giving prior permission feels unnecessary. That too if app auto closes upon deny, feels the app is bent on invading privacy and individual decisions.

App is not working properly . Everytime i try to book a vaccination slot, error popup with server related issue and it pushes you to try to book another slot. Slot is visible but cant book. Would request to stabilize app first and only then open vaccination slots and release mail communication. Its very frustrating for end user otherwise.

I booked 700₹ test package 1 month ago for my mother but till date I have not received any phone call or communication regarding sample collection, reports, etc. Also the app is very slow and it doesn't respond the touch. I have tried updating it to the latest version but still it's the same.
