If you purchased your subscription through Google, they aren't applying the funds to your account. I f you contact the app support address, they send you an email saying use the online form. If you go to the online form they give you, The Knitter is not one of the magazines listed which means you can't lodge the form. If you use the in-app form, they don't respond. The magazine is wonderful. The app that it uses is useless, and the support is non-existent.

Can't login using Google account, can't create a new account because my email is already registered, can't recover the password because the email with the password reset does not arrive. I've bought some magazines and now, after the update, I have no access to them.

The app keeps asking me to pay for the content I already own and I'm not able to access the issues I purchased. The developer contact replied they didn't have my details on their system and refused assistance. Google Play refunds the money alright but I'm interested in the content, not the pay-and-refund game.

I updated because the "update the app" e-mail promised printing and a lot of other functions that I can't find. Fortunately Immediate Media has fixed my most pressing problem (which I had caused!).

Watch out if in app offers fail, but your CC is still charged. Accepted offer to "Complete my Collection", my CC got charged, then got error saying that the offer "wasn't valuable" to me. Had to go up the chain from publisher, google to CC to get my $ refunded. Sloppy app, sloppy magazine publisher.

After the midnight update of the Knitter app to the Gathered.how I've just lost my full (PAID) archive of The Knitter Magazine. The site doesn't recognise my account and I cannot access the content I paid for. I'm not interested in registering a new account with the site and I want my archive back.

I love the magazine but there are always problems when I want to download an issue. It hardly ever works on the first try. It's frustrating!!!

App doesn't accept code that your website gave me. I paid for 3 magazines for £5, your website gave me an app, now the app will not accept the code that your website have me, so I cannot access anything.
