Horrible for English users The introductory instructions are in English, but after you establish an account it is all in french. I cannot find any way to purchase a single ticket. Perhaps one has to identify a very specific itinerary. And I cannot find any way to enter my bankcard. This app appears to be extremely complex with lots of features that perhaps obscure the simple task of buying a single tram ticket. We uninstall and walk or try buying a single ticket at a station machine.

Very practical but can't change the apps language.

There are more functions available as compared to the old app, and the display is great, however, a language option would be great and the times take a while to update sometimes, or don't change at all until you fully refresh a page, I have tried this with different networks and had the same results as well as different devices.

application overall good but for a few weeks you cant even login with your accout "504 Gateway Time-out Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2"

This thing just accepts credit cards, scanning your card with NFC was impossible. After I typed my details in, I cloud not validate the ticket because it cloud not use localisation service even after I gave the app _all_ permissions. For some rease it's in french even though my phone is in English. All in all way to complicated to use as a tourist.

couldn't validate after purchasing, i would suspect this was because it never was able to generate nfc properly and my wallet was getting picked up by the validator instead, seems like a bug since paris's ticket app works similarly (& flawlessly) i would advice don't risk your money on it and just buy a ticket directly at a machine (they are at every station)

Great design and visual, lots of features, overall very well optimized, smooth and reliable.

The app shows live information for the next bus/tram at preselected stops. It would be nice if I could lookup any stop and find this information quickly without having to add the stop as a favourite or specify my entire journey. When bugs appear the team are very quick to help and correct them - thanks!
