Absolutely unreliable service! I have had pickups canceled multiple times without any intimation. The email sent by them says 'customer cancelled the pickup'!! They don't operate on Sundays but haven't corrected that on their app. I got a call the day after the pickup date and the person says they'll come shortly. Guess what, no one turned up for the pickup, and now my order is cancelled. Such an unreliable and shoddily managed service!

Decent service but an absolutely terrible app. Difficult to navigate, slow to respond, and certain other oddities like being unable to permanently dismiss the prompt to enable push notifications (I dont need minute to minute updates on laundry), and that it's not possible to change the home address so it defaults to the old one. Request developers to please address as making a booking is soo difficult. Chill out on notifications and just make sure the basic features work

The updated Fabric Spa App comes with Trojans and Malware warning and I believe the update needs to be updated further so that end users phones do not get affected. As a precaution, I will only keep the app on my phone, whenever I need their service. Their Regular service, really they take their own sweet time to pick up, wash and deliver. So one is forced to use their Express or Premium services. Most unfortunately.

Keep the app and user experience simple and easy pls. It is not an e-commerce platform. Many offerings and variances without easy description confuses. Eg: what is premium in dry cleaning? Also, make sure that the laundry gets picked up at the scheduled date and slot. Many examples of not showing up or postponing.
