App is very good, earlier we faced few problems but now it is working well,the tube color recognazition depends upon on background light however we shoulr know when to off/on falsh light. Single login is for security reasons. However allwoing samples after working hours is a business call or Center handing over samples directly to lab is also business call, with this app we are able to track FE/ create bag and handover cash,very much improved. Good work DrLaLpath labs..kep it up. Looks Promosing

Need more improvement for example - 1. multi Device access same time (if we login into a mobile after that login second mobile this app automatically logout. 2. Every day need login this is very boring work 3 mentione FE logistics senior person if FE not picking sample on time they recieve red alarm every time when FE is late

This app cannot even scan a barcode right it's so frustating and the colour of tube is useless option. TAKES SO MUCH TIME JUST DO BETTER LPL WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU'RE TAKING PER TESTS. JUST DISCONTINUE THIS APP AND STOP ANNOYING YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!

Please provide an option for the direct drop of bags at the processing LAB by the CC itself. Sometimes FE are late or not coming to pick up samples so we can drop the bags at the LAB itself

This app does not have the following features. For example if we register a sample post our pickup time then a notification should be sent on FE, FE Supervisor, Sales manager's number and if FE does not visit and pickup the sample on the next route it should be flagged RED to FE's supervisor and sales manager.
