I would like to inform all travelers that this company's bus service is the worst—third-class service in all of India. Recently, I booked a ticket from Bareilly to Delhi. They sent a different bus than the one assigned, and it broke down after 40–50 km. They transferred all the passengers to another bus and asked them to adjust with the existing passengers. Additionally, the bus did not reach on time. I strongly advise everyone not to buy tickets from this bus service.

Very very very poor service given by this FRAUD COMPANY. Booked the tickets from app and cancelled the tickets due to some family emergency and app is showing that refund is initiated but still not received the amount into my account.Called multiple times from the last one month but people on call speak very rudely.Worst experience of my life till date.If matter is not resolved then definitely escalate this issue to the court.

The operator says that 10% off is given on bookings through app, but the app shows only 5% off and even otherwise, I am not able to redeem the 5% discount coupon, as it shows this coupon cannot be applied. Then, what is the use of downloading this app, we can just book through paytm or redbus.

App is good and work well but.....loke to mention feedback of busses being operated through the app...i have tried to submit the feedback through app but it send otp but it doesntveified..I have travelled this bus so many times....one thing is worst which is staff behaviour......they doesn't respond in good manner talk like weird.... however bus is good but not maintained...AC vents are broken..driver smoke whose smell come inside the bus.....this things needs to be corrected for better response

Very bad experience. Driver has not smart phone and they didn't give correct information about their location so that passengers have to wait 2.00 hours at mid night on highway (late by 1.30 hrs). Other thing the mobile does not have proper voice to understand Driver's speech. A GPS device should be circulated to the passenger for actual location of the bus

Very worst experience ever Very bad bus ekdum khatara They are stopping the bus in every 10 minutes and took the passengers who have not booked the ticket. Even if there is no space to sit still they are taking the passenger and overloading the bus which can cause any accident. People are sliping on the floor and there is no space to stand and not allowing to go for toilet. Do not ever travel with this tour travels

Worst Bus booking app. Booked my online ticket from Sonipat to Chandigarh. Payment got deducted but it took 12 hrs to get the ticket confirmed. Moreover still the app was not showing my booking hence I was also not sent any online ticket. So for those peope who want reimbursement of their tickets from any organisation it's a worst app.
