Used for a time and had no issues. Till one day all cameras disappeared. A sign in failure issue occurred. No info on how to correct it. My issue was corrected by: Clicking the app shortcut and click app info put on all permission. I still had a sign in error. Went into google play and click opened and then signed in. It worked. It was annoying to have 4 cameras and no way to use them. This issue needs to be improved by the app maker.

Have been using this app for over a year now on 4 Fredi IP cameras, and it has always worked well and reliably. Also works seamlessly over mobile network if I'm out and about. Unfortunately I don't think it's compatible with the latesd onvif protocols so doesn't work with all IP cameras, but fine with my Fredi ones. Also no ads or fees to pay, unless you want cloud storage - I don't. Very nice app if you have suitable cameras.

This is one of the better designed Apps for your IP Camera, The ability for more than one user to access it at the same time is great (nothing worse than logging in with one device then the other device gets kicked out). Also the ability to continually record all day or within your requested time slots and to record alarm events at the same time, (again i had an app that would only record all the time or just an alarm event and not both). Would have liked a different alarm event recording length option though, sometimes 30 seconds isn't enough, but if set to record all day too, then that can be viewed fully there. Also if you need an MP4 version then use your PC app to get that converted.

The camera works great, but it beeps very loudly when disconnected from the wifi, with no way of changing that (our router sometimes resets at night, and the camera wakes everyone up... we have to unplug it to shut it up). The app, however, keeps coming up as Spyware by EVERY virus scan. No answers to customer support emails.

Been working for 2 years without a problem, then it stopped. App keeps crashing and camera doesn't connect anymore. Everything is up to date and app re-installed. Still doesn't work.

Bought 2 (30 day) cloud cards but the camera is not recording on motion detection. Usually starts motion recording as soon as I purchase the card. I've checked all settings but afraid I may be £10 out of pocket now.

Non existent customer service. The motion alerts used to work every time movement was detected. Now I open the app and it sends through batches of missed detections. Awful.

Really enjoy this app as it is easy to use. The only thing I would add would be the ability to connect the app to a google smart display or Alexa display - then it would be 5☆.
