The app is very helpful. I will continue using it for easy access to check and verify my monthly bill payment. The only thing I don't understand is that it doesn't show much kilowatts I use in a month. So I can calculate it and have an understanding why I payment too much in light bill. For instance, this month bill is $541.00 but I can not figure it out.

I only rated it because I was getting a popup every ten seconds. It's not a good app, payment info is all over the place and navigation is like they wanted to make it make the least amount of sense possible.

This app is not accepting the Credit card payments using Amex.So sad.

This app is completely unbearable to use already, but the fact that I was bombarded over 7 times with the notification harassing me to review the go's forsaken remedial as Ms paint app made this review a complete necessity. If my experience hadnt been hijacked repeatedly by the ridiculous request to review an app, maybe I would be talking about the convenience of the application but there is nothing convenient about changing my password every time I have to log in.

This is more convenient than actually driving to any station to pay your bill or to stand in long lines didn't this will even help you with your notifications notifications faster so that it will not cause any convenience to you as a customer so I suggest to download this app it is very useful!!

ZERO stars this app is USELESS!!! I had to put 1 star in order to post this review, it was NOT earned. Don't bother downloading it. It never let me login. I called the help desk, they don't have access to the app only the regular online account. They directed me to login on their webpage. I asked what is the point of the app, they only had excuses.

Really like the convenience of the app but wish there was a way to share the app as a link with someone else and I also wish they had live agents. But it's extremely convenient and so far reliable.

I had to uninstall app because I can't get into my billing and payments. It keeps coming up with a website error. I'm going to reinstall and see if that makes a difference. It worked... Working great now!!
