Food is okay, the toppings are good but the overall taste is still okay-ish and is MUCH MORE costly than other brands But what makes this app the worst is the UI and customer care. There is no way to modify/change the order, and you cannot cancel the order within even 1 minute after placing order Customer support is a joke, they take over 2 minutes to pick up the call and do not resolve anything, just say "I'll try my best" Do not fall for any ads or promos, their coupons don't work as well

Quality and taste is good, delivery was also in time but chiken topping is very less, one or two pieces were on single slice.

Their service has become worse than before. Earlier they used to deliver what we order, but now they bring pizza one size smaller than what we paid for and insist that we ordered it. New business strategy, I guess. They still haven't given me a refund. They are going out of business. Don't buy from Mojopizza anymore.

I have tasted many Pizzas from different pizza exclusive outlets and I could say it without blink of hesitation that this is worse pizza place I have ever encountered. I placed supposedly top 2 pizzas they offer the most toppings with for 1000+ Rs. (atleast that's how description of toppings were given on face of menu ), I think it's safe to say you won't be wrong if you removed the word 2x. Decepttion! Customer refund so worse that they give only in app refund credits though they rob you off.

Asking extra money for packaging....how else are you going Deliver a pizza without packaging...Is it ethical to impose packaging charges separately? And they won't allow cash on delivery for applied promos....why even bother presenting them then?
