My ZTE phone runs on Android 12. When first installed around 2yrs ago, the app ran without problems. Ever since the apps' "Latest Updates" keeps coming in, it's giving a whole lot of incompatibility issues (ie. missing shift displays, lagging & hanging etc.) I had to Google & install an older MySATS+ app vers. just to get by & book my shifts. And now it says "app is no longer compatible with your device". So now I must buy a new phone?? PLEASE GET THIS SORTED! :(

Hi. Is it possible to integrate a notification sounding system for this app in regards to the availability/release of shifts. Each time someone cancels a shift, only a silent notification tab will appear in our phone's notification list. There is no option at all in-app and in app settings for me to select a notification ringtone at all. Really hope something can be done about this. Thank you!

Recently, I am not receiving any notifications of shifts. Example: If someone cancel shifts, a notifications appear to everyone mobile. But so far there is no notification appear. Please do kindly look into it. Thanks

Cannot login Update 2024 Still a very poorly optimized app. Works for devices running Android ver. 8 but refuses to install on devices running Android 14.

Useless app unable to login. Always prompt wrong password. But I'm able to login office PC. Don't know how to claim my airport pass payment.
