It found my microwave and allowed me to use the remote control. Then I paired it with Alexa and worked for a few minutes. I removed it from list to troubleshoot, add it again to fix the bug with Alexa. It would not find my microwave again. Then it found it but wouldn't allow the remote control, then it lost the microwave again, I haven't been able to add it again. I deleted the app a couple of times, downloaded it again, it didn't work still. This is horrible.

not super tech savvy so it could just be me but it took like 6 tries to get my range to connect and I feel like each time I restarted the process I was prompted with different instructions (one time it told me to press and hold the start button for 15-20 seconds, which didn't work, and finally it said to press and release quickly which did work). so I dunno it was a little frustrating for a bit but ultimately got it connected and love it!

Easily one of the most infuriating apps ever. If I had purchased the oven because of the whole Wifi/app control features I would have driven it back to the store by now. Nothing works as expected. It's glitchy, loses connection, doesn't communicate with the appliance, have to stop and restart cycles to maybe get it to work right. I could go on for hours. Awful.

The app is terrible. Took me weeks (and multiple calls to support) to connect when we bought the range. Then after the first oven software update, it would not connect anymore. The range is connected to wifi and to the internet, responds when pinged through its IP address, I can even turn the light in remotely. But that's it, nothing else works on the app, which keeps telling me to enable remote control. What a waste of time (the range itself, on the other hand, is a beauty)

Awful! I've had the commercial style range for a couple of months. Love it! I hope my turkey is cooking for Thanksgiving right now. I'm trying to use the temp probe function which only works with this god-awful app. I finally got the cycle to start after 30 minutes of trying every option, combo, reset, etc. 30 minutes later I tried to check the temp and the app shows the oven as 'ready to cook'. I'm running the oven manually now (I think). Wish me luck! KitchenAid - you've got a problem!

Impossible to connect. I'm no programmer, but I've never had an issue connecting devices to Wi-Fi. This app simply does not connect. Even Created a separate 2.4 Ghz network to help and would still get connection failed message or the app would just crash. KITCHENAID makes nice stuff, but they seem in the stone age on working tech.

Hot mess!!! Tried to connect WIFI several times and finally gave up. Uninstalled and reinstalled app to no avail. Extremely disappointed... For the amouny that was paid for the commerical range that I purchased all the features should work...Kitchenaid applicances certainly aren't what they used to be. This range is a replacement. Had to replace refrig also...The stand mixer motor is on brink and Corp. advised that they wouldn't replace, but would give me discount on another unit...laughable!!!!
