The app is more or less OK, feels outdated, but it works. But the service is terrible. I pre ordered a taxi to the airport, and they rejected it at the last minute, so I had to find another alternative in a hurry. It happened twice, but will not happen again, because I will not use their service anymore.

I'm confused about the low ratings but I've only used this app once only. Luckily I've had a good experience. I pre-booked a taxi to collect me from our hotel so we could be dropped off to the airport. I pre-booked for 2am and the driver came at 1:50am and made sure we were at the correct terminal and was very kind. The app worked with my UK number so I was able to verify my account.

I tried to order a taxi for the international airport of Budapest and their search function could not locate it... It could only find it as Liszt Ferenc (without the word airport) and the map pointed to Ferihegy train station!!!! I really could not trust that with these instructions i would teach my destination on time so I switched back to telephone order... Really extremely surprised that such a common destination could not be found correctlywhen searching their map.

Warning! SCAM! I used this app on the way back to the airport and thought it was good that you could pay with your card like uber . On arrival I did the payment but the app said it had been denied so we were forced to pay cash . I had actually been charged a further 4 times costing me almost £100! I told the driver but he drove away . Staff on phone and in person promise refund but it is a lie!

1) Prepaid by bank card does not work: It just issues ~100 HUF and in 1 sec it sends back (transaction cancelled by főtaxi) 2) If you order a thing with this app, they will just delete the order because not enough taxis that time. 3) It just sends you their telephone number that has a waiting time off... half hour. I've done this once, but at least I my order was not cancelled. 4) Better to use other taxi app for example Bolt

The service behind the app is very poor for the "Most reliable taxi company in Budapest" - as they advertise. Booked a taxi a day before I wanted to arrive in time for an appointment. One hour before the booked time I checked my Future Rides in the app, it wasn't there but I thought it is normal. Five minutes after the booked time I called them to ask what happened as the taxi should have arrived by then. All they could say is that the booing probably disappeared from their system...

Terrible My taxi dropped me off half way to my location with my bags and charged me full price. He said it was the destination wasn't even close (I didn't have mobile internet, I just ordered the taxi from my hotel on wifi to go to another hotel) Then when I emailed the link for "I have an issue" the email address was not found... Doesn't exist Thanks fotaxi

I used the app earlier this year without any issues. I tried to download it and my preferred language is English. It constantly redirects me to use Hungarian. So, I cannot understand why it is not functioning properly when the error message box pops up.
