RBC (Retro Bowl College) is an amazing sequel to Retro Bowl. It innovates on elements of the first game flawlessly. The one quarrel I have with the game is how the division work. Having the "Minor" and "Major" divisions is simple, but lacking. I believe a better system would be to have Division one, two, and three as separate divisions (like in reality) to allow for both more playoff opportunities, and more skill based matchups. This game is phenomenal, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Zelgius The Brave

Plays quite similar to the original retrobowl, which means it's a fun time waster. However, it feels like they gave defenders magnet hands in this game. No matter how perfect your throw is, if there is a defender anywhere near your receiver they will intercept the vast majority of the time. Going for long or precise passes just isn't worth the risk, which leads to the majority of your plays being running the ball or short quick throws. It makes the gameplay feel much more restricted.

Great game but some bad mechanics. Also wish there was a sandbox where you can create players and teams and edit ratings. After every single game is a dilemma. Every one is like "everyone on your team gets injured" or "all of your coaches die". Neither option is good, which is how it should be, but they're always way too harsh and there's way too many, and it is impossible to throw underneath without getting intercepted.

4 stars ONLY because the zoom needs to be a little closer (it's too far out.. not like retro bowl.. that one is perfect) give optional zoom levels --- Next.. there's no sim .. why? I can't find it.. vital to the joy of Retro Bowl..seems like college retro bowl would have been made better ya know 🤷 what I'm seeing is a more zoomed out graphics... even after cutting zoom on and then off.. it stays zoomed out Lastly .. game plays well overall 👌.. 8/10 ~A~

I'm a big RB fan, I have it on the switch.I'd REALLY like it if a switch port was made for RB:College.mainly because it's easier to pass on a console. it can be a little tricky at times.I'd also like to be able to control the running direction of my players aside from sidestepping. But otherwise this is a fantastic game. PS i haven't tried RetroGoal yet (im not a big soccer fan) but if basketball and baseball versions were to be developed, I wouldn't hesitate to buy them (especially on switch)

Fully convinced this gamed is rigged against the human player. At the highest difficulties I will literally hit the player directly with the ball, wide open, and they'll just drop it lmao. At least 3 times a game. On like a 4th and 1. Never fails. Every single throw that's not directly on top of my receiver is automatically intercepted. Even if it's a D lineman. Doesn't matter. Automatically intercepted. It's truly astonishing. Your game is so good yet so SO BAD.

Super fun. Recent updates made Hard and Extreme difficulty more fun and less gimmicky. There's a great amount of depth to this game and I've enjoyed playing this and the regular Retro Bowl game over the past two years. My only problem is that I wish I could manage more players than the 10/12 key players you have access to. Other than that, this is a great game to play while waiting or lounging.

Retro bowl college is a good game don't get me wrong. But it struggles in alot of things like not being able to sim, how long it takes to load in. And just feels like the original. Apart from it being it college. It does add new features but ever since retro bowl 25 came out retro bowl college and retro bowl haven't had updates. So please add something new to both of them. Specifically this one.
