Doesn't even allow me to log in because the Next button is overlapping the space where I need to enter my age, and therefore is not functioning. After finishing entering my details I'm stuck, as without pressing the Next button I can't go forward.

I have been using the app since 2021 and it's working has been well until July 2024. In July, out of the blue it suddenly stopped working. I tried updating, uninstalling and pretty much everything else, but the app simply won't open. From the reviews, I see that the developers hardly keep working on enhancing the app and keep it functional. What is a customer now supposed to do with this machine? Retain it and use it as a non digital weighing scale....? Poor experience and sheer waste of money!

Not syncing with google fit. I brought a weighing scale from Dr. Fit So I achieve and track my weight loss goal. All data recorded from weight scale is syncing with app but my exercise data from Google fit is not at all syncing to this app and it shows 0 steps and 0 calories burnt

1. UI experence is not so good. Unable to register for warranty as "Purchased From" is a mandatory field and I am unable to select any value. 2. Also, application needs Location access mandatorily, which is should not be a mandatory requirement as Health data is a sensitive data and I have not seen other Apps asking for location permission mandatorily. Please make it optional to respect the users privacy.

It's a good App. Makes keeping track of vitals easier. Taking reading for BP works accurately, but never worked for SPO2. Keep getting switch on Dr. Trust device flash message while scanning, even though device is on and display is crystal clear.

Device function is good but app is not allowing to register for warranty as the field for entering purchased from data is not showing the selection list. As that is a mandatory column to fill I cannot proceed further. I got 3 year warranty offer, but how to register? Why app was not tested before releasing it? I am using Samsung S24 ultra mobile.
