its ok, but lacks many features. for example you can't even do a refund using the app. you have to logon to the stripe dashboard. For me personally it defeats the purpose of using the app as I don't want employees to have access to the entire stripe account. I feel they can do a better job to add some more basic functions

Easy to use. Would like to see more flexibility with taxes. I live on the border of two states one with tax, the other without tax. Any order going out of state I have to remove taxes from my settings and then add it back in when I'm done charging out of state customers.

logged in as admin. cannot retrieve products(inventory from my stripe web console) Main accnt. seems i have to create 2 sets of inventory one on stripe and another on collect app. double work with fat fingers the aps gui seems very user friendly and strait forward. just this one issue.

I have an android and tried to use the tap to pay feature, since stripe forces you to confirm with a security key when you log in, the collect for stripe app doesn't create a separate pop up in my browser so I can authenticate the login at all

excellent reader. excellent service. they take an extra 1.3% on top of stripe fees but worth it. just go to settings and add 1.3% as your processing fee, if you'd like to pass it on to your customers. highly recommend

I switched from PayPal here and Square because I had loans with them and couldn’t afford the 20% transaction fee they would take back to pay back the loan, so I found collect with Stripe and it is the worst "POS" (pun intended) that I’ve ever used for business in the past 10 years, hands-down. You need to go with Square. They are very sneaky. Charges you hefty charges on each transaction. Nowhere clearly specifies their processing fee. The link to pricing never works, so you will never notice how much they havr been charging for each transaction. Its Scam
