I am modifying my review based on my experience. I had a Peak representative call me as soon as they saw the previous review. This individual was very courteous and professional. She took care of my concern and placed herself in my position to fully understand the situation in order to take care of my problem. My problem was simple. My debit card had expired, and the payment declined, causing a late fee. Unfortunately, I was abroad and couldn't resolve the issue until I returned to the States.

App will not give me the initial screen with my key tag. I have deleted it and re installed it and nothing works. I am editing my review based on the quick response by app support. I received an email and phone call to resolve the issue. The email informed me that I was supposed to make a payment after updating my card. All previous payments have been automatic.

I downloaded the app just now and the app tells me this version---that I just downloaded from Google Play---is no longer supported. I *just* downloaded it. I didn't even know that was possible. --- UPDATE: the developers contacted me almost immediately about an error on their part (tl;dr: a planned update for later this month was mistakenly entered as a planned update for this month last year, which then prompted users to update their app even as no update was yet available). That's super responsive customer service if I had ever seen it.

Probably one of the worst if not the worst app I've ever used in general. Constantly signs you out even when it's supposed to stay logged in. Unable to differentiate multiple memberships and save logins. If you forget your password you're unable to recover information unless the gym you're a member of can give you their information contained in their paperwork, absolutely imbecilic. Keep membership IDs linked to profile account and allow me to recover club life ID and login separately.

I hate that you are forced to install this. The key chain tag has been working for years. I don't like bringing my phone with me to the gym. Just another thing to make me scrap this gym altogether. No smoothie bar, no tanning, no towels, and now this. Does this app offer anything like nutrition advice, exercise advice, or something workout related.

Sort of sucks having to put an app on a phone to go to a gym, don't even like taking my phone to the gym. Seems like they could just issue you a card or clip for your key chain. No issue with staff, nice gym, just that issue.

Memory hoggie for such a simple app. I can see class schedules which is terrible on my EFC gym's website with adobe downloads. This will tell you the current days schedule and the weeks ahead schedule right away. The notifications were too much and had to be shut down!! It should be an opt-in in the app instead of searching through the phone app interface mindlessly. Geez guys, maje itn user friendly.

I pay for a gym membership. I should not be subjected to big, scrolling, unwanted, "in your face" ads every time I open this app. If membership was free, ok, that's the trade off. It's not free. Download a previous version of this app and turn off auto updates. It's ok then.
