Try to login via the app. Click on the enter email box put in the first letter. Closes the mobile keyboard so I have to click back into the box and enter the next letter. Repeat until email is done. Thought it might be the app so re installed. Forgotten password? Forget about getting back in. The reset password link expires before it even reaches you. The website doesn't allow you to use it without cookies which is bizarre.

The "one selection covers all commitments" for a particular day in the calendar for matches is a BIG weakness

Not sure if it's because I have an android phone but this app doesn't seem to like my phone. When I try to sync my fixtures to calendar it says they can't launch the event. Occasionally there seems to be a lag after I have given my availability that can be slightly annoying as the blue dot remains on the schedule. Thankfully there has been an improvement as now I don't have to see every single team match on my schedule!

Could be an excellent application but for a few issues and inconsistencies, the members area doesn't seem to function correctly showing all members as unregistered, even if the web portal shows them registered. Thanks. Very quick response to acknowledge the issue. Fixes being worked on is a good sign. :)

Continually asks for further cookie permissions after I've set them to 'required only'. Calendar integration doesn't work. Edit: I have the latest version of the app, and these issues persist.

Not sure if it's trying to do too much but this is so user UN-friendly. Vast majority of our team managed to register for incorrect roles, limited power as admin to correct for them. Confusion reigns Only use it as forced to by our club. Other apps out there do the same thing sooooo much better. Spond for example is far superior.

Does what you need with one exception - why can you only follow three teams? I've got kids in multiple teams at one club and, according to club's admin people, you can only get notifications/selections etc for three teams. Error. Also extremely slow to load (not the phone, which has big RAM and GB), in this day and age 15 odd seconds feels like a lifetime. Lastly, screen upon launch remains blank until I touch the screen. For how popular it is, I've been surprised at its shortcomings.

As a parent of a child playing sport, I find Pitchero simpler, more informative and more reliable than another similar app used by her other sports team. I like that you can access it both via the app and on a desktop computer (some of us dinosaurs still use them); I like that I can see who else has been selected, how many reserves there are etc, and full address details of venues. Also that I can get a message to team managers quickly if we are running late. Simple needs, I s'pose. It is not faultless and I can't comment on the managers' view, but as a parent this app gives much less bother than the other one.
