The information (for the ACE exam, at least) is pretty outdated. I checked the reference page numbers for each of the question's explanations, and the information was either in the wrong spot or missing altogether from the current textbook. The ACE IFT Model mentioned in one of the questions has been updated as well. This app would be helpful if the information was up to date. Definitely not worth the $20+ price tag.

From the standpoint of functionality and user experience, its one of the best study apps ive ever used. The upgrade was great from previous version. Gives students a solid blueprint of the material from the text but falls short on in some areasl. You still need to understand the concepts in detail. "Memorizing" practice test answers from here wont get you through the actual final.Though I scored an 84 on my first attempt id say maybe 30% of actual questions carried over to the final.

Needed a 70 on the NSCA-CPT, passed with an 84. The pocketprep questions were very similar to the actual test. I felt well-prepared. Definitely worth the cost! Do all the questions and really try to understand WHY the answer is right or wrong. If you do that, you will do well on your test.

Good question, but it doesn't actually customize the quizes to the s3ctions I want. I'm studying for the ACSM-CPT and I'm trying to check my knowledge on section 1 but I'm getting questions from all over the book. Very disappointin, frustrating, and discouraging.

Bought the premium version to prepare for ACSM-CPT. The 1000 practice questions are very useful and are of medium difficulty. Each question comes with a well-written explanation for its answer. The app's UI is exceptional and is one of my favorite things about it.

The app is essentially worthless, given that the information is either incorrect, improperly worded, or loosely based on the official curriculum. I highly suggest that the creators of this app conduct further research and be more deliberate in their designs for future projects. I will not be renewing my subscription and do NOT recommend this product to other individuals.

Spend the money I passed the nasm with this app. It helped me out so much. I kept pushing my exam back. All the questions on this app really helps prepare you for it. Save your money on the nasm bundle its complete garbage get this app. I just passed it with a breeze because of this app. They also give you explanations to help you understand the material better than reading over 1000 pages

Good app. I like the quiz options it gives, such as only missed questions, flagged questions, or a mix of all of them. It would be nice if it was easier to select the number of questions I want. The slide bar is difficult to control. Maybe a plus sign and a minus sign on opposing ends to better select the number of questions?
