One of the slowest apps I've had to use. Sucks even more since it's an integral part of my job. Edit: There really is no reason as to why this app uses so much of my phone battery. I'll have it 100 before I start my job, and by noon it's hovering around 40% with only PoolBrain running in the background. Also, there are times where I'll have to hit a button in the app multiple times before It reads the input. Yall update frequently and it's still boo boo.

The reviews here are extremely biased towards technicians not utilizing the app correctly. This app is designed to run a pool service business. Once set up correctly, it is truly better than any other offering out. I have tried them all. If you don't set it up correctly, that is user error as the Pool Brain Team is only a click away to help you do so in real time. From tracking trends, chemical usages, optimizing routes, to providing quotes in the field on your mobile device, this app does it.

Overall, decent pool Company software.. However, if you're recovering your credit score or don't have one this company, you cannot bill through.. Meaning you will have to pay twice for billing one for the pool Software and another for a billing software in order to collect money I suggest just going with another software with an in-house payment processor. Such as skimmer.

Don't do it, be kind to yourself, Interface is not user friendly a lot of back and forth, this app will use up your time on the backyard, Will eat your phones battery like it's a game Doesn't have the readings and info right away have to click here and there, It conflicts in a way with other apps dunno how to be articulate about it but just conflicts somewhat, here and there, If peace of mind is a thing, then it's worth the extra cost for a different app(skimmer) that's way better

This app is for pool professionals, not amatures. If you know how to clean pools and run a pool business, this app will organize everything for you and is very customizable. Easy to read and understand data. A lot less issues than the other popular pool apps. Customer service is quick and friendly. After 2 years I havent had an issue that wasn't explained or fixed. Accept payments online without QB, but is an option. Does everything other apps do and more.

App kills battery on phone, can't zoom out for my larger pools. I work for swim right and work is making us use this app it micro manages you and its a pain. I prefer skimmer but the boss man wants us using pool brain. Fix it from kill my battery on my phone and the ability to zoom out to 0.5 on camera and not 1.0. You also don't have the ability to look at last filter cleans, salt cells and no direction to equipment or pool if some else covers your pools to help the other person.

When taking pictures within the app you are not giving the ability to zoom out with the camera. Also , FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE FIX THIS APPS BATTERY DRAIN ISSUE. . If i had a choice i would still be using skimmer but im not the boss
