For context, the business I work for uses and recommends the app for lone working. Easy enough to use, I'd recommend maybe allowing users to sign out of the registered number, in case they work at different locations. Might make communication easier for missed check-ins.

since the update to add emergency button the app keeps activating the emergency mode. it does this even when phone is just sitting on the desk. please remove this stupid feature

Screen on Android is dark with red writing when using outdoors the writing is illegible making check ins difficult bordering on impossible unless you go into a shaded place or a building.

BEWARE If you miss their phone call by one minute cuz you're on the toilet, or helping a customer, basically doing any part of your job other than staring at your cell phone they will call your boss on the weekend and put your career and employment at risk. Morally this is wrong.
