Not user friendly. Have you guys ever consider, there are user who shares smarphone? The ID, the biometric, the facial recognition, I think its too much. Been trying to log in for hours, wrong id, wrong password, and now, the account has been suspended. Try to change the password for multiple time, and the app is not responsive anymore.

Hey ptptn, look I want to pay your money but your apps doesn't let me do it. Your FPX payment page only leave me a white blank page with no sign going to load after 15 minutes of waiting. So I tried to use alternative solution to pay with using banking bills payment but guess what? Invalid bil account. I got no other option but relying on your apps yet your apps really just didn't want to operate properly. Now I got the first issued reminder notice yeay. Seriously do something with that FPX.

Useless app! I've been unable to verify my identity for almost 5 years, let alone make any payments. You claim to give us time to restructure outstanding debts, yet your app and website don't allow me to proceed. Even attempts to pay through other platforms fail! I went to your nearest branch for help, but they just told me to re-enter my details and try logging in again. Nothing has worked, and to this day, I can't log in or make payments. Meanwhile, my outstanding amount keeps increasing....

Utter useless app. Prime example of uselessness and utmost frustration= this app. Cant even get past the kyc. Typical malaysian agencies subpar capability, cant even get the most basic of things like kyc right. Kyc shouldn't be this troublesome. If u couldn't implement it in a way that'll benefit the users, just get back to the drawing board. Useless. *I've used my id on every other platforms requiring kyc's abroad and they all worked fine. Not here apparently. Gotta be coz it's malaysian made.

Can't move the puzzle to slot into the right place during the registration as new user. Now, I'm stuck and can't access my own account with this myPTPTN apps. Very bad for PTPTN. Now consider to close the SSPN prime account and take all money out.

Just make my repayment via the app, but it's failed. Amount was captured and deducted, but the system showed me unsuccessful. Great, the customer service only works from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Hassels. Wonder who is the developer for this app. Maybe they should do more research and improve badly from their "current standard." Hopefully, it is not done by the Chatgpt.

Amazing how your system can't recognise basic facial features for the EKYC process... Obviously we are gonna look different slightly from our IC(which has our image from years back) versus in real life. Please if someone can look into this. Scrolling through the reviews and seeing the same issue from someone in 2022...lol...guessing this is not gonna get resolved..

This app amazes me of how persistent it is to keep being the worst. I mean its bs in so many levels. Interface, bs App responsive, bs Payment, the biggest bs in this app. Deducted from my account but payment unsuccessful wth??? They keep encourages people yo pay back their loans but never wanted to improve this app. They don't even look at the reviews i think, guess they just simply dont care. I hope whoever maintaining is app or responsivle for this app don't have a bad day, have your worst.
