this app originally was very glitchy and frustrating but I tolerated it because the service provided is amazing and unobtainable elsewhere. Now the actual app functions perfectly for me. combine that with amazing service and a great provider, I recommend push to anyone needing basic care via online to anyone who will listen. The app is simple enough to use. A feature I either can not find or do not exist is the ability to request a specific dr. I like my Dr okay, but communication is terribly slow and other than waiting on them to "chat back" you're out of luck if they aren't good with communication. I would have loved to have the option to make requests or to change doctors. or at the very least there should be a place where we can rate our doctors in communication and services.

I definitely would have given 5 stars, but I had a frustrating experience last time. There's a lack of communication visit 2 visit making some situations difficult. I had a med sent in wrong and had a hell of a time getting them to fix it. It was called in wrong a 2nd time. Finally was right, but paid full price twice for this. Was told next time is free. I've been trying to explain this to them since Oct 11th. I sent a screenshot and I'm still waiting.

i feel that the provider I was assigned, is too busy or something, communication with her takes forever, and she is never clear with her instructions on how it will work or what steps are next, I always have to ask her to clarify what she meant. its not a quick process at all.
