I've been using Quick Heal on my mobile for the last 2-3 years, but I've had issues throughout. The app keeps giving errors and rarely opens on the first attempt—I have to try 5-6 times to get it to work, and even then, it doesn't function properly. Out of the last 2-3 years, I've probably only been able to use it for about a year because of all these problems.

report an issue with my Quickheal app subscription. payment for the subscription was recently debited from my account, but I am unable to open the app. When I attempt to open the app, it redirects me to the App info screen.

Don't know why but after I paid for the full version the app keeps sending me alerts saying "this is a pirated version, uninstall it." I had to uninstall it cause it didn't go to the next step and automatically closed. This issue happened after I enabled the website browsing protection and granted all the permissions. Now it's unusable and had to uninstall twice for the same alert. Now I don't want to install it again. And it's just few days of usage, not even a month of the year long subscripti

your anti-theft motion sensor alarm is a very innovative feature. but the alarm sound is too feeble to be heard while outside. hence please provide the option to change the default music. I have been using quick heal for almost 7 years and has protected my PC well. With the same confidence I purchased the total security and I am quite happy with its performance. The best part is it checks for adware in the apps while installing.

App does not have a lot of modern features and if flags apps like WhatsApp, Yono SBI etc. as high privacy risk. I mean, what's the point here? The app does not seem to have any pre-install detection scan of something like the PC version does. UI is outdated and needs overhaul. The data breach feature does not have an option to flag stuff as done. The pocket + motion alarm and intruder photo features are useless. I believe that the files in storage aren't even scanned, just installed apks are.

This antivirus is neither able to detect the virus nor destroy it, whereas the virus is repeatedly creating duplicate images of many photos and showing them. Bad experience.
