I have done my first redemption, it was free shipping and no payment needed. Also the customer service response is awesome. I had a couple minor issues and had reached out and was responded to right away. So far I've been highly satisfied with this app and recommended everyone with babies to get it I love the graphs for tracking height weight etc that's been a big plus for me with a premie baby.knowing his growth is huge. They also give coupons for formula, which helps greatly!

It's a great app. I love their reward system it's one of the best that I've used. I enjoy snapping my receipts and watching my points increase. Not to mention all the articles they have that have been so helpful and insightful. It's just fun and easy to use. The only issue I have ever had is reaching out to customer service for very basic concerns, they don't get back to me for a very long time and that can be annoying but other than that I love it.

Have used app since 2020. Function has deteriorated. You can scan receipts, but they don't show up on the app. Contacted support and they told me to check the website. It does look like points are added, but the activity "history" does not reflect this in the app. What is the point of the app, if I still have to go to the website to verify my account balances are correct?

Horrible app! Have to log out and re-log in anytime I was to upload a receipt, otherwise there's an error. Half my receipts are denied stating invalid date, even though the date is clear at the top (often online orders). Can resubmit the exact same picture and approved no problem. I receive emails with links to articles, but the links don't work and just take you to the lobby page. Can search for the topic from the email and nowhere to be found. Receipts for rebates denied, even though valid.

It's an amazing app for learning. But it seems that all of the surprise rewards are gone before they even show up on my page. Today, I refreshed, and suddenly, there was a new reward, but it was already sold out. I am a little disappointed as I have started checking the app three times a day, and somehow, I'm not able to get it? Either way, it's a good app for learning and earning points.

Not only does the app freeze a lot (especially when trying to enter sweepstakes...) but the rebates are not worth going through the company. It takes a long time to get (both in terms of racking up points and receiving the actual coupon reward), they didn't warn me when mine came through, AND it expired so quickly!! You're much better off getting your formula when Target has their "spend $, get $ back" promotions.

Received a text informing me of a Father's Day sweepstakes. When I clicked the link, it took me to their website. Since things weren't loading, I installed the app, thinking it would work better. It did't. It was worse. Much worse. I sat and waited..and waited. Couldn't access half of the app. So I couldn't enter the sweepstakes. Waste of time. Uninstalled. Update: I was able to enter the sweepstakes by email. I still don't care for the app. Needs work. Improve it, and I will change my rating.

I love this app! Mainly for the reason being you can scan the receipts of the enfamil purchases and get points. After you get so many points you get a reward of your choice. I would rate 5 stars if the rewards were in stock more often. It took me almost a year to actually get a reward. However, I AM SATISFIED. I got a $30 teether for FREE. The points add up quick, too.
