I like the app and it is a useful tool for me, especially for the clients that work away from home and can not come in in person. Some clients did complain that it was difficult to upload documents and often gave up and emailed me documents instead. Also I feel that those clients that used the app a prior year should be able to just log in to the previous app and not have to create a new account again

This app will get the job done but it seriously need more Common features like, A way to delete a document before I upload it, How can I printout a copy of my taxes for my records, A way to select all documents that I have scanned all at once instead of selecting one by one, and a computer version instead of a cell phone version for people who have scanners, cameras and printers. I was very frustrated. This app severely needs a whole lot of work before I used it again

- Update I had to send my information SEVERAL times amd ultimately ended up emailing everything. No access to previous returns done through the app, in fact I had to recreate my account this year. Won't be using it again this time. App would not allow me to sign my documents. Now, I can't even review them because the page is stuck on loading.

Smooth, SuperQuick Download, but... I just downloaded the app thinking that I'd be able to send my link to clients. Instead, it signed me up as a client. Ok. Maybe that error is on my part. But, there is no other options or support info to get help. And, ODDLY, the description references 2018 tax year, but the agreements say 2017 tax year. Really?! Please fix/update asap.

I am trying to sign into my account so I can insure that things run smoothly for my clients but cannot gain access. If I try to change my password, I am told that the password is incorrect. If I try to set up a brand new account, I am told that there is an error. All of this despite following the instructions provided. There should not be bugs and glitches this close to the start of the tax season. Whatever updates need to happen between now and Jan 23rd, I urge the developers to make them.

This app has some issues the developers did not look over...it doesn't let you remove/delete documents if need be. The communication from me to my tax person is horrible its like the never get my messages through the app and I have to text them through my actual phone. There's no website for the client to use/login to upload images that way. This will be my 1st and last time using this app.

I shouldn't have to upload individual pages to similar documents. Additionally I can't download anything here. It's perpetually digital. Not good. They need to fix this, but it seems like the same complaints have been made for years and the developers are sleeping on it.

I have used this app for 3 years. It has worked fine until this year. I am not able to sign I to my account at all. I have changed the password and it tells me invalid used password, when what I'm using is so obscure. Then I fialy get to change my password and it tells me that the user and or password isn't found. I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Still can not get in. I have emailed the customer support twice and no answer. To say I am frustrated is an understatement.
