Excellent app and ride! Straight forward, easy to book a seat for the ride. Gets me from Fergus to Guelph to catch the train to work. You are limited to when someone is heading out but well worth it for the price. Exceptional driver. clI couldn't ask for more.

Booking a ride is easier than any other relatively popular app and cab services. Contacting driver, canceling, reacheduling all on the fingertips, and easy. Customer service is so good. Drivers are well behaved, polite and are happy to help the passengers in terms of waiting for an extra few minutes, answering any queries of the passengers. Most of the areas are covered, but many are still left. Just increase the timing/ services & and this would be 1 of the best services in the region.

This Ridewell service has improved my life for the better. I do not drive and travel from Fergus to Elora for work once or twice a week. Before I was paying 20 dollars a trip( each way), which would be most of my pay and taken from paying things such as groceries. Please keep this service going.

This is perfect, I live in small town with no car, I use this service often only downfall is it's only Monday to Friday 7-7 and I usually need to get somewhere on weekends and am unable to.
