Laggy, unresponsive, and a pain in the butt to use. Great app once you get past the lag but it will take about a day to scroll past the Daily Deals section. If the app didn't overload the main screen with so many moving parts, maybe it would work smoothly. But this is just aggravating especially when other apps run so smoothly without having to have every other app closed.

idk who maintains the app but they need to find someone else. if youre in a menu for too long it stops loading, if you want to substitute more than 5 items it stop loading, switch to pc, just as bad. coupons dont clip when you tap them. then if you are finally able to place the order, the delivery is always late, they pick terrible cuts and barely fresh foods. Its supposed to save time but it honestly takes 3x as long than just going to the store.

Edited my review: This app used to be amazing. Over the last few months it has become so glitchy it is hard to even use. I can't view the weekly ad on my app it says server error and closes everytime. I get notification at least once a week about a free offer or great deal but when I click on my notification the app pulls up and says sorry there is an error. The scan feature use to be my favorite feature but at least 75% of the time it will not pull up the deal, nor will it find it if I search.

Nice concept but app is far too sluggish to be usable. 10 to 15 second delays when searching for a product are standard. Takes too long to shop. Doubt it will get any better after the merger and store closings Edit: It's gotten even worse! Despite a fiber connection to the internet, I have a 60 to 90 second delay before screens update. App is almost unusable and I expected to get much worse when Safeway in Kroger get hitched. They simply don't care.

Staff is great, app sucks. Has not worked properly for 6 months. Tap the BOGO tab and I get a service issue message or try again. Type an item I'm looking for in the search field, I get a blank page. Call customer service for the app, she says a 2 minute hold. 20 minutes later... I keep responding to an automated message and she's not checked in or come back and then I get hung up on.

Used to love this app, now it's not even usable for weeks due to "technical difficulties" even prior it got annoying when it would randomly crash, but was still worth it. Pretty much not worth anything now... 💔😔 Update: I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, no change or improvement. I've gone to the website and when I click to contact or anything within the website I receive a "403 access forbidden" from Albertsons. I'm still upset & so tired of being frustrated.

I save so much money with this app! The only thing I don't like is that you have to clip all the deals individually... it would be nice if you could just select "clip all deals," but other than that, it's great! And it's the only way to capitalize on the killer in-store specials... I've also gotten as much as a $1/gallon discount at the Safeway gas station with the points, savings, and credits from this app. When I had a Ford Expedition, I would save more than $20 per fill-up! 🤯🥳😁

If you place orders for pickup the substitution process is bad. Rather than allowing you to select a substitute, it recommends one and only allows you to approve or decline. It should allow you to select from alternatives like other retailers do. Roughly half of my visits since going to the pickup process have resulted in having to go in the store and go through check out line anyway due to the poor substitution process.
