App needs work with the locking mechanic, it's bractically useless lock.. App also change's my speed limit to 22 sometimes but these speeds are truly false anyway, atleast with my firmware. App feels very much like an Alpha version, which it is most likely. Needs mobile data to change speed limit, which is bad if you're using Telia dot. (Data pack)

The fact that you CAN'T really "lock" the Eway, (in any REAL capacity atleast) is just SO bad! And why is this apparently not the latest version!?? Locking it, would have been the most, if not the only useful feature. It's basically useless. The "lock" button should say "park", as to not give any false impressions of safety To the devs: Is it really that hard to make an app or a product that can just sync to ONE phone? What is stopping this being implemented? Hardware? What?

The app is not working properly in both devices apple/android. It's not showing the charging percentage on android and the speed limit option is not properly working on apple. And the app has many delays and glitches. I don't know if it's e-scooter or just the program. But I guess it's the app.

It's a decent app, works well apart from it looking visually unpolished. You should hire a graphics designer to make it beautiful :) Another, a bit more serious problem, is that the locking feature apparently isn't secured whatsoever, so everyone who downloads this app can just unlock it. I think everyone should use a chain or u-lock anyways, so I wont quite go for the one star review for that, but the locking functionality which was advertised, can't really be considered a lock at all.

This app is written by kindergarten kids. Absolutely nothing is tested and Wilfa has released this app?!?!? - I can't change gear setting to eco mode. - I can't change Speed setting to less than 20km. It seems to be stuck at 20km. - Every time I have to forcefully close the app to reconnect. what's going on Wilfa? Good brand but one of the worst app I've ever used!!!

Speed settings don't work at all. Maximum speed is at 20km/h. The Wilfa customer service could't help me so I contacted the maintenance. I was told that app version is old, should be 1.4.3 to work. Here seems to be available version 1.0.15 at the moment. Please, give us the correct version of the app.

Basic functions work OK. seems to instantly forget everything once the scooter is turned off though. Would be nice to inspect data after that as well. The UI could be more modern but works OK. Haven't tried the lock feature yet.

Nice to be able to get some statistics, but won't give any more stars until the app-locking is secured. Anyone can download the app and unlock any scooter without any questions. No PIN or any other functions that secures the scooter. So everybody is welcome to unlock and use / steal every scooter found!
